Terms & Conditions

1. Driver Eligibility

   • Renters must be at least 21 years old.
   • A valid driver's license, held for at least one year, is required.
   • International renters must present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their local driver's license.

2. Booking and Payment

   • A security deposit is required at the time of booking, which is refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.
   • Payment must be made in full before the rental period begins.
   • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and online transfers.

3. Rental Period

   • The rental period is calculated on a 24-hour basis.
   • Late returns may incur additional charges. Contact us in advance if you need to extend the rental period.

4. Fuel Policy

   • Cars are provided with a full tank of fuel. It is expected to be returned with a full tank.
   • Fuel charges are not included in the rental price. Any refueling costs will be the renter's responsibility.

5. Mileage Limit

   • Some rental packages may have a daily mileage limit. Exceeding the limit may incur additional charges.
   • Unlimited mileage options may be available; please confirm during booking.

6. Insurance and Liability

   • All cars come with basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options are available upon request.
   • The renter is liable for any damages not covered by the insurance.
   • In case of an accident, the renter must notify Rentex Car Rental immediately and follow the provided procedures.

7. Use of Vehicle

   • The vehicle must be used solely for personal travel and not for commercial purposes.
   • Subleasing or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
   • Any off-road usage or reckless driving may result in penalties or forfeiture of the security deposit.

8. Breakdown and Roadside Assistance

   • In the event of a breakdown, contact our customer service for assistance. We provide 24/7 roadside support within Goa.
   • Do not attempt any repairs without prior approval from Rentex Car Rental.

9. Vehicle Condition and Maintenance

   • Vehicles should be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
   • Any damages, dents, or missing items will be charged to the renter.

10. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or non-refundable fee.
    • Modification of bookings is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
